Integrated Crop Management (ICM) is a technology that can be used to increase rice productivity. Though it has been implemented since 2008, only few farmers that implement the ICM. Therefore this study was conducted to measure the level of ICM implementation, to seek the determinants of ICM implementation and to find out the effect of ICM implementation on farm production, farm income and farm efficiency in Ciherang Village, Dramaga, Bogor, West Java. The result of this research indicated that the ICM implementation level of ICM farmers is higher (over 50 percent) than the ICM implementation level of non-ICM farmers (under 50 percent). The low ICM implementation was caused by the higher cost on farm operation and labor. ICM Implementation in Ciherang was affected significantly by some factors such as age, farming experience, education, family size, land area, land tenure, rice farming purposes and ICM field school experience. rice farming significantly produced higher total R/C ratio than conventional rice farming.en
