Gender gap issues in the corporate can be a barrier for women in the practice of career development (education and training, promotion). Career development opportunities to increase employee motivation which include needs for achievment, affiliation, and power. This study was conducted to analyze the extent to which relations between gender issues with career development opportunities as well as relations between career development with women’s work motivation. Methods of research using qualitative and quantitative approaches are based on the perspective of women. The results showed that the persistence of gender issues in PT. Xkom corporate such as stereotypes, subordination, marginalization, and the double burden. In addition there is a relation between the level of subordination, marginalization, and the double burden of education and training oppurtunities. Promotion oppurtunities have a relations with the level of stereotypes, marginalization, subordination, and the double burden. While the terms of motivation, need for achievement only have a relation with career development opportunities.
