Barramundi’s cultivation is still constrained by the insufficient of barramundi’s fry for aquaculture production. Size 1-2 cm of barramundi’s fry has a greater risk of mortality than the other size. Most of the deaths are caused by cannibalism. The aims of this research were to examine the survival and growth rate of barramundi’s juvenile as fry with green water system, dark condition and transparent containers treatment. The size of the barramundi’s juveniles that used in this research were 1-2 cm and the average of weight were about 0.24±0.08 g, the density for each treatment was 1.000 fish/m3. The barramundi was feed by at satiation method for 3 times/day with crumble feed. The results showed that the green water system, dark condition and transparent containers treatment have survival rate, growth rate, feed conversion ratio, and the amount of consume feed did not differ significantly, but the absolute growth length was differ significantly for each treatment. The best treatment in this reseach was the green water system and transparent containers treatment. Glucose levels of barramundi’s blood tend to increased in the first 10 days and oxygen consumption rate in the 30 days was continues to decline in all treatments.en
