Abstract

Starch industry is a growing industry in the field of agriculture. The industry is processing of cassava into starch. The presence of starch industry influence the community and its surrounding, particularly giving the higher level of economy for households in the public sector compared to the public household in non-industrial sectors. Not only giving an effect on the level of the household economy, the industry also provides new business opportunities for the community. A Different economic levels that created after the entry of the industry is also an impact to the access on buildings and land for the people.
