| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze how much influence of local politics ulama to rural communities based on social stratification (upper, middle and bottom layer). The clerical leadership is seen from the level of loyalty, level of influence, as well as the level influence. The research was conducted in two different locations, namely Karang Tengah Village Babakan Madang subdistrict Bogor regency, and Ciaruteun Udik village Cibungbulang subdistrict Bogor regency.this study was conducted using quantitative and qualitative using questionnaires and in depth interview guide. The result showed that the clerical leadership in the upper, middle, and bottom layer at Karang Tengah village are dominated by the role af ulama in the social and economic aspects. While at Ciaruteun Udik village, the clerical leadership on the upper, middle, and bottom layer, not just the role of ulama in the social and economic aspect but also on the political aspecst. | en |
