dc.description.abstractBroccoli is a vegetable that is potencial to be developed because it has a lot of nutrients that the body needs. Increasing demand of broccoli triggers competition among supply chain to fulfill consumer needs. Simply Fresh Organic (SFO) is a business firm in agribusiness sector which markets best quality of broccoli. However, SFO has not been able to meet consumer demand. Food Supply Chain Network analysis is conducted to find out existing condition and marketing efficiency of supply chain. The result of FSCN analysis is supply chain of organic broccoli is not efficient. Futhermore, Lean Thinking approach is conducted to find out the cause of supply chain inefficiencies. Then, the final result of Lean Thinking analysis is several alternative solutions. Briefly, proper condition and collaboration among supply chain actors and internal activity of each supply chain are required to improve marketing efficiency.en
