      Abstract
This research was conducted to evaluate the influence of rElGH in the form of the bacterium Escherichia coli intact and contains whole culturing medium, E.coli containing rElGH without culture medium, and protein total of lysozymelysated E. coli and mixed with feedstuffs before it made into pellet (repeleting) on red Nile tilapia juvenile. The research consisted of 3 treatments by different preparation of rElGH at a dose of 3 mg/kg diet, and one control. Each treatment was repeated three times. The control diet and rElGH was firstly coated by chicken egg yolks, and then mixed with diet by repelleting. Fish were reared for 6 weeks and fed diet containing rElGH by 3 times at day 1, 4 and 7 of the first week, 10% of fish body weight. The result showed that feeding fish by diet containing lysozyme-lysated rElGH generated higher growth, biomass and specific growth rate (SGR) of length and body weight compared with the control. Increment of body weight, biomass and SGR of length and body weight were 8.30%, 7,39% 4.20% and 4,92% higher compared to the control, respectively. Thus, feeding fish with diet containing the lysated rElGH is an effective method to increase growth of red Nile tilapia juvenile.
