Indigenous plants are well known as local plants growing and consumed by people in certain region. One of the indigenous plants is kemangi. It is planted by mostly farmers in Ciaruteun Ilir. There were two main objectives of this study; first is to analyse the production factors of kemangi in Ciaruteun Ilir, and second, to analyse its farm income. Thirty one respondents needed in this study, using the method of Purposive Sampling. The production factors were analysed by Cobb-Douglas Production Function using OLS methods. Based on the level of significance 5%, the results showed that there were two factors that effected kemangi production significantly; the seeds and the labors. The seeds affected the production positively, but on the contrary, the results showed that labors had negative effect to the production. The farm income was analysed using R/C ratio. The result showed that R/C ratio upon cash-cost was 2.11; it meant that this farming was beneficial for farmers. However, the R/C ratio upon total-cost was 0.82. This meant that the farming was beneficial financially, but wasn’t economically.en
