Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Usaha Hutan Pendidikan Gunung Walat Institut Pertanian Bogor

Abstract

Gunung Walat University Forest (GWUF) as educational forest managed by the Faculty of Forestry, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) iniatiate financial independence since 2009. This study was conducted to determine the development of business through financial performance as well as classifying GWUF costs. Financial performance assessment conducted with a ratio analysis and analysis of Du Pont. The results obtained indicate that the level of financial liquidity and solvency ratios GWUF the better from 2009 to 2012, while the profitability ratios and activity levels tend to decline. Overall increase in business development from 2009 to 2011 which indicates GWUF able to meet the needs of their business activities. Only in 2012, GWUF slightly decreased due to declining selling prices, but still can be overcome by deposits owned capital.
