dc.description.abstractOyster mushroom cultivation in CV Wahyu Makmur Sejahtera has a success rate varying in their production processes. The result of diverse production affects the amount of productivity that causes the fluctuations. Fluctuations in productivity is one indication of the production risk. There is a risk on CV Wahyu Makmur Sejahtera then identified each source of risk. Sources of risk then analyzed probability and impact to the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the z-score method and var. Results of the analysis is performed to handle the risk management strategies on oyster mushroom cultivation. Based on the results of the research, it is known, there is a source of risk that the company is the production process of labor skills, pests and disease,nor the composition and quality of raw materials. While based on the results of the qualitative analysis is the calculation of probability using the z-score method, the value of the probability and impact of each - each source of production risk from the largest to the smallest, namely (1) the skills workforce by 42,5 percent and Rp 10,914,644; (2) pests and diseases by 36,3 percent and Rp 10,069,894, and (3) the composition and quality of raw materials by 17,4 percent and Rp 13,251.714.en
