IMTA systems is one way to manage water quality. Nilem carp is a plankton feeder who can utilize plankton from wastewater. The fish were not given an artificial feed during cultured. The aim of this research is exploring the quality of media culture changes, survival rate and growth rate of nilem carp that are cultured on an IMTA system with different densities and determine the best treatment that given the best production and economic analysis. There were 3 treatments 50/m2(A), 100/m2(B), 150/m2(C) of stocking densities, each treatment has 3 replications. Used nilem fish with lenght 5.27±0.40 cm and weight 1.59±0.38 g. The best treatment of nilem carp that cultured in IMTA systems during 72 days at 50/m2 stocking densities which has the optimum water quality. Survival rate was 90.29%, daily growth rate 1.47%, the absolute length of 2.68 cm, the absolute weight of 4.24 g, final biomass 1 845.6 g and economic return of Rp31 650.
