Peran Koperasi Sepatu Sandal Bogor (KOSSEBO) dalam Pengembangan Industri Kecil Alas Kaki di Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Shoes industry at Bogor is an industry who has the largest contribution in manufacturing sectorand it is dominated by small shoes industries are growing very fast. But the problem small shoes industries in Ciomas is capital. Cooperation with shoe stores to be a realistic solution for small shoes industries in Ciomas. But it makes small shoes industries’s bargaining power is so weak. Because of that, role of Koperasi Sepatu Sandal Bogor (KOSSEBO) is expected to resolve the problems. But, how big the role of KOSSEBO to resolve small shoes industries’s problem, need a study to measure the performance of KOSSEBO. This study are used a descriptive method to determine the variability of small shoes industries in Ciomas, revenue analysis and R/C ratio to analyze comparison of small shoes industries’s revenue KOSSEBO’s members and non-members and the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure the level of KOSSEBO’s importance and the level of KOSSEBO’s performance as a measurement role of KOSSEBO.

Industri alas kaki di Kabupaten Bogor merupakan industri yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar pada sektor manufaktur dan didominasi oleh industri-industri kecil alas kaki yang tumbuh pesat di Kabupaten tersebut. Namun masalah utama yang dihadapi industri kecil alas kaki di Kecamatan Ciomas adalah modal. Melakukan kerjasama dengan toko sepatu sandal menjadi solusi yang realistis untuk industri kecil alas kaki di Kecamatan Ciomas. Tetapi hal tersebut membuat daya tawar industri kecil alas kaki sangat lemah. Oleh karena itu, peran Koperasi Sepatu Sandal Bogor (KOSSEBO) diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini. Tapi, seberapa besar peran KOSSEBO dalam menyelesaikan masalah industri kecil alas kaki, perlu penelitian untuk mengukur kinerja KOSSEBO. Pada Penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif untuk mempelajari keragaan industri kecil alas kaki di Kecamatan Ciomas, analisis pendapatan dan R/C rasio untuk menganalisis perbandingan tingkat pendapatan industri kecil alas kaki anggota KOSSEBO dan non-anggota dan Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengukur tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja KOSSEBO sebagai tolak ukur peran KOSSEBO.
