dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the motivation and perception of the audience watching along with the factors that influence it. The study was conducted in the village Sukahati aged 17 to 60 who watched the broadcast. Watching motivation audience is high motivation primarily for information, integration and interaction, and entertainment. But not for the motivation of personal identity. Frequency of respondents watch television viewing quite often in the duration long enough to watch it in a state of calm atmosphere, more of a way to watch it with other people, and most of the viewing locations in the house. As for perception, all respondents berpersepsi nice to quality impressions, elements in the broadcast, and broadcast material elements. Motivation respondent is directed by internal factor respondents, watching motivation related audiences exposure, and audiences exposure also relates perception of television broadcast.en
