dc.description.abstractThe certification program Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) organized to assist the development of SMEs sector, through certifying land activity. This program expected to provide economic benefits to beneficiaries who utilize the economic function of their land. The choices from economic function of land are based on the right of the owner to control the land. The research was conducted in the Loji and Situ Gede villages, with a research focus on the influence of the MSE’s certificate ownership concerning the land control, and the relation between ground control with business prospects. The research was carried out by quantitative and qualitative methods using questionnaires and in-depth interview guide. The results of this study indicate that the MSE’s certificate ownership in Situ Gede Loji has effect to the increment the level of the land control to high category after certified. The existence of this control has the opportunity to create the prospect of a business’s excalation, but only to respondents who perform activities use only. The difference of this utilization may be due to location differences which are in urban and rural urban.en
