Analisis Gender dalam Program Simpan Pinjam untuk Kelompok Perempuan (SPP)

Abstract

Women’s Group Saving and Loans Program is the program implementate economical development for women. Gender relations were analyzed using Analysis Techniques Harvard to see the profile of activity and profile access and control over resources and benefits. This research used quantitative approach and supported by qualitative approach. The purpose of this research are, to analyze time allocation of man and women in working area and household, to analyze decision making type on allocation of loan capital and management business, to analyze changes of socio-economics condition in household members of SPP, to analyze effects of decision making type on allocation loan capital and management business and the condition socio-economic, to analyze effect of time allocation of women's work towards sosio-economic condition. Result of research showed that decision making type for loan and business management was dominated by women.
