dc.description.abstractThis research entitled “The Influence of Leadership Style toward Organizational Effectiveness (Cases of Tegal Gundil Administrative and Bantar Jati Administrative, Northern Districts Bogor, Bogor City.” The aim of this research was to examine the effect of leadership style on organizational effectiveness. The effectiveness of the organization refers to three of the four criteria organizational effectiveness according to Quinn and Rohrbaugh (1983), namely Human Relations Model, Internal Process Model, and Rational Goal Model. This research is descriptive. This research using a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. The research was conducted in two different locations: Tegal Gundil Administrative and Bantar Jati Administrative. Conclusions can be drawn is that the leadership style adopted by both Lurah influence on motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Lurah leadership style also has an effect internal process model such as communication and participation. And the leadership style considered to affect the success of the village.en
