The experiment was aimed to increase the rematuration injection of process rate on striped catfish Pangasianodon hypophthalmus through Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotropin (PMSG) dan Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) hormone combined with vitamin mix addition to the feed. The experiment was designed with four treatment : (A) Control; (B) PMSG 5 IU and HCG 2,5 IU per kg of fish; (C) PMSG 10 IU and HCG 5 IU per kg of fish; (D) PMSG 20 IU and HCG 10 IU per kg of fish. The fish was fed with commercial pellet which added with 100 mg/kg addition vitamin mix. The result showed that all the fish treatment with hormone mix and vitamin mix have a significant gonadal development, and mature, except control. The fish also have significant on Specific Growth Rate (SGR) and Growth Rate (GR). The dose PMSG 20 IU and HCG 10 IU showed of the optimal treatment for gonadal rematuration for striped catfish.
