Marigold is an ornamental plant that contains carotenoids, carotene and xantofil. The purpose of this research were the used of marigolds as feed and evaluate its effect on the internal organs of laying hens and the storage vitamin A on liver. This study used 48 laying hens (19 weeks Hy-Line Brown type on production phases) which were treated for 11 weeks. The experimental design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The treatments were R0 : control diet without marigold meal, R1 : diet contained 5% leaf meal (TDM), R2 : diet contained 5% flower meal (TBM), R3 : diet contained 2.5% leaf meal (TDM) and 2.5% flower meal (TBM). The result of analysis showed the increment of marigold mixture 2.5% leaf meal (TDM) and 2.5% flower meal (TBM) significantly affected (P<0.05) diets and consumption of provitamin A. Vitamin A on liver was analyzed by HPLC method and descriptively showed the increment of 5% flower meal and marigold mixture 2.5% leaf meal (TDM) and 2.5% flower meal (TBM) had the highest amount. The addition of marigold significantly affected (P<0.05) weight of the bile and the spleen of internal organs. As the result it can be concluded the addition of marigold mixture 2.5% leaf meal (TDM) and 2.5% flower meal (TBM) has better effect than other treatments.en
