Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) stage III physical development is being implemented since 2011. Along with those development, the surface run-off was increased. The aim of these research were (1) to determine ECC-based on water balance, (2) to predict run-off (3) to do hydraulics design of runoff control structure. Based on water balance, environmental carrying capacity (ECC) was analysed, while run-off in IPB campus Dramaga was calculated by the rational method. Hydraulics design of run-off control structure was obtained by trial and error. The region can be divided into 14 catchment area (CA). The ratio of water availability and water demand was 0,9 hence the ECC of IPB Campus Dramaga was overshoot. Total discharge runoff to Campus IPB Dramaga was 5.66 m3/s. Discharge run-off in each CA was about 0.05 to 1.45 m3/s. Run-off control structure was needed to collect surfacerun-off hence increase water availability. Considering the topography and landuse, land and water conservation was needed in CA 4 and CA 9. CA 4 was suitable for reservoir which supported with sediment trap and drainage channel. CA 9 needed sediment trap for each inlet of Situ Leutik and bigger drainage holes along the side street.en
