dc.description.abstractPalm kernel Meal (PKM), by product from palm oil extraction, has not been used optimally in poultry diet because of its high crude fiber. BIS-PRO is produced from palm kernel meal using combination of physical and chemical extraction. Crude protein of BIS-PRO is 42, 92%, which is almost equal with soybean meal (44%) and 25,24% higher than PKM. The objective of this experiment was to study the physical properties (specific density, specific gravity, and angle of repose) and the chemical properties (pH and solubility) of BIS-PRO.en
