Pengaruh penambahan pupuk soils plus terhadap produktivitas rumput Stenotaphrum secundatum (Walt) K
Abstract
The research was aimed to find out the interaction of level salinity and soils plus fertilizer on growth and product of Stenotaphrum secundatum ( Walt.) Kuntze grasses. The research was carried out on February until July 2005 in green house of Laboratory of Agrostologi, The Faculty of Animal Science, Bogor Agriculture University. Factorial Completely Randomized Design with factorial design 2 x 5 by 3 replications was used in this research. First factor ( factor A) were soils plus fertilizer and non soils plus fertilizer, while second factor ( factor B) were level of salinity with concentration 0 ppm, 2500 ppm, 5000 ppm,7500 ppm and 10000 ppm. The result showed that soils plus have an significant effect (P<0.01) to individual number, number of stolon, stolon dry matter weight first period and second periode, and shoot dry matter weight. Salinity do not have an significant effect to number individual, root dry matter weight and shoot dry matter weight. Result from this research indicated that soils plus very required for the growth and produce Stenotaphrum sece~ndatum ( Walt.)
