This experiment was conducted to evaluate profile and concentration of serum protein in sheep fed with tropical browse plants. Sixteen male sheep with initial body weight 12.561.41 kg were used in this experiment. The experiment was Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were: R1 (100% native grass), R2 (70% native grass + 30% Moringa oleifera lamk), R3 (70% native grass + 30% Glicidia sepium), R4 (70% native grass + 30% Artocarpus heterophyllus). Parameters observed included consumption of dry matter and crude protein and blood profile such as erytrocytes, leukocyte, haemoglobin, haematocrit, neutrofil, limphocytes while for serum protein were total protein, albumin, IgG, α and β globulin concentrations. Result showed dry matter intake of R3 and R4 were higher than R1 and R2 (P<0.01), while protein intake in R3 was the higheet. The lowest saponin comsumption was in R2 (P<0.05). Data of the blood profil showed that PCV in R2 and R4 were higher than in R1 and R3 (P<0.05), while percentase of lymphocytes and neuthrofil in R2 were the highest. Serum albumin in R2 was also the highest (P<0.05). It was concluded that within protein intake around 54.5 g/h/d in ration R2 (70% grass + 30% Moringa oleifera lamk) and saponin intake 18.15 g/h/d resulted higher haemoglobin, limphocytes, neutrofil and albumin than other treatments.en
