Analisis Tingkat Partisipasi Warga dalam Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Studi Kasus PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia Assy Plant Pondok Ungu)

Abstract

In general, this research aims to find out Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) activities as a community development efforts in supporting the company's success with the community environment. The specific objective is to (1) explains how to view the company in implementing corporate social responsibility, (2) describe the community development approach and the implementation of CSR activities of companies, (3) describes the level of community participation for the company CSR activities, (4) explain the impact of CSR activities companies that felt by the public, (5) analyze the relationship between characteristics community participation and the impact phase CSR activities the company. The method used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Samples taken as many as 40 respondents who represent the Medan Satria village community. Based on research results, as a whole can be explained that the CSR activities are PT IAMI APPU company's efforts to develop the company within the community even though most communities have not participated fully to the company's CSR activities.
