Abstract

ANNISA RAHMAWATI. The Organizational Effectiveness and Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. (Supervised by: FREDIAN TONNY) This research essentially aims to see and understand The Organizational Effectiveness and Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. The subjects of this research were the village government, local community, and the corporate staff. The method of this research used purposive sampling technique to decide the sample. This research used one key- informant and fourty-five respondents. The conclusion of this research is the higher organizational effectiveness, the better CSR implementation done.
