      Perancangan dan Pengujian Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Pompa Air Sentrifugal Berbasis Mikrokontroler ESP32

      Abstract
      Pemantauan kinerja pompa irigasi penting untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operasional dan pengelolaan energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan pompa air sentrifugal berbasis Mikrokontroler ESP32 untuk mengukur tekanan dorong, tekanan hisap, debit, torsi, dan kecepatan putar. Sistem diuji pada 18 kombinasi kecepatan putar pompa dan bukaan katup. Data kemudian dievaluasi melalui analisis stabilitas, validasi terhadap pengukuran manual, dan analisis efisiensi energi. Nilai rata-rata berada pada rentang 0,265–2,141 mH2O untuk head dorong; -0,224 hingga -0,520 mH2O untuk head hisap; 0,040–0,108 m³/menit untuk debit; 2,163–8,987 Nm untuk torsi; dan 1.825–3.075 RPM untuk kecepatan putar. Hasil pengukuran tekanan dorong, tekanan hisap, dan debit menghasilkan nilai coefficient of variation (CV) yang tinggi, masing-masing pada rentang 0,98–191,24%; 19,04–94,05%; dan 13,60–106,05%. Hasil validasi menunjukkan R2 berada pada rentang 0,9808–1,000. Nilai efisiensi berada pada rentang 0,931–1,939% dengan nilai tertinggi didapat pada kecepatan putar 1830 RPM. Nilai tersebut relatif sangat kecil untuk pompa sentrifugal dan mengindikasikan keterbatasan sistem pengujian dan kondisi pengujian. Pengembangan selanjutnya dapat diterapkan pada berbagai pompa dan kondisi operasi yang beragam. Sistem ini berpotensi mendukung pemantauan kinerja pompa irigasi secara terpadu
       
      Monitoring irrigation pump performance is essential for evaluating operational performance and energy management. This study aimed to develop an automatic ESP32 Microcontroler-based monitoring system to measure discharge pressure, suction pressure, flow rate, torque, and rotational speed. The system was tested under 18 combinations of pump rotational speed and valve-opening conditions. Data were evaluated through stability analysis, validation against conventional measurements, and energy efficiency analysis. Mean values ranged from 0,265–2,141 mH2O for discharge head; -0,224 to -0,520 mH2O for suction head; 0,040–0,108 m³/min for flow rate; 2,163–8,987 Nm for torque; and 1,825–3,075 RPM for rotational speed. The coefficient of variation ranged from 0,98–191,21%, 19,04–94,05%, 13,60–106,05%, 1,98–17,27%, and 0,03–0,06% respectively Validation resulted in R² values ranged from 0,9808–1,000. Pump efficiency ranged in 0,931–1.939%, with the highest pump efficiency obtained at a rotational speed of 1830 RPM, which is very low for a centrifugal pump and indicates limitations in the experimental system and testing conditions. Further development should involve multiple pumps and diverse operating conditions. This system has potential for integrated irrigation pump performance monitoring
