      Abstract
      AGUNG GUSTIA DINATA. Penambahan Asam Amino Arginin dan Guanidinoacetic Acid pada Pakan Ayam Broiler terhadap Organ Dalam dan Saluran Pencernaan Ayam Broiler. Dibimbing oleh NAHROWI dan WIDYA HERMANA. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi arginin dan Guanidinoacetic Acid (GAA) pada pakan berenergi rendah terhadap ayam broiler fase finisher. Peubah yang diukur meliputi persentase bobot organ dalam, persentase bobot saluran pencernaan, panjang saluran pencernaan, dan lemak abdomen. Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri atas 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi P1= kontrol positif (EM 3.100 kkal kg-1, 1,1% lisin tercerna, rasio Arg:Lys 107%); P2 = kontrol negatif (EM 2.950 kkal/kg-1, 1,1% lisin tercerna, rasio Arg:Lys 107%); P3 = P2 + 600 g/MT GAA (rasio Arg:Lys 107%); P4 = P2 + 462 g/MT arginin (rasio Arg:Lys 111%); P5 = P2 + 600 g/MT arginin (rasio Arg:Lys 112%); P6 = P2 + 900 g/MT arginin (rasio Arg:Lys 115%). Data dianalisis dengan Analisis Ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan uji Duncan. Hasil menunjukkan suplementasi arginin dan GAA terbukti aman secara fisiologis dengan mempertahankan kondisi normal organ dalam dan saluran pencernaan. Suplementasi arginin 462 g/MT secara optimal menurunkan lemak abdomen dengan mempertahankan ukuran organ lain.
