Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemberian penggunaan bungkil inti sawit dan singkong (biskong) yang diproses dengan teknik ekstrusi dalam ransum terhadap bobot karkas dan organ dalam pada ayam broiler. Percobaan menggunakan 200 ekor ayam broiler strain Cobb dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas P0 = Pakan jagung tanpa biskong, P1 = Subtitusi 6,58% ekstrusi biskong, P2 = Subtitusi 13,5% ekstrusi biskong, P3 = Subtitusi 6,58% non-ekstrusi biskong, P4 = Subtitusi 13,5% non-ekstrusi biskong. Peubah yang diamati meliputi persentase karkas, potongan karkas komersial, dan bobot organ dalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan diuji lanjut Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pakan jagung dengan subtitusi biskong nyata signifikan meningkatkan (P<0,05) persentase sayap dan bobot jantung, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peubah lainnya. Kesimpulannya penggunaan campuran biskong hingga taraf 13,5% mampu mempertahankan bobot karkas tanpa berdampak negatif pada organ dalam ayam broiler. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of feeding diets containing extruded palm kernel meal and Manihot esculenta (biskong) on carcass weight and internal organs of broiler chickens. A total of 200 Cobb broiler chickens were used in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and four replications. The treatments were P0 = control, P1 = 6,58% extruded biskong, P2 = 13,5% extruded biskong, P3 = 6,58% non-extruded biskong, P4 = 13,5% non-extruded biskong). Parameters observed include percentages of carcass, commercial cuts, and relative weight of internal organs. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and further tested by Duncan. Results showed that corn substitution with biskong significantly increased (P<0.05) wing percentage and relative heart weight, but had no significant effect on other parameters. In conclusion, biskong inclusion up to 13,5% maintained carcass quality without negative impacts on the internal organs of broiler chickens.
