      Abstract
      AGHNIA BATRISYIA JAMLA. Efektivitas Fine Bubble pada Padat Tebar Berbeda terhadap Performa Pertumbuhan Ikan Denisoni (Sahyadria denisonii). Dibimbing oleh WILDAN NURUSSALAM dan MOH. BURHANUDDIN MAHMUD. Budidaya ikan denisoni (Sahyadria denisonii) dengan padat tebar berbeda dapat memengaruhi kondisi media pemeliharaan dan performa ikan selama pemeliharaan. Teknologi fine bubble dapat diterapkan untuk membantu mempertahankan ketersediaan oksigen terlarut pada media pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas teknologi fine bubble pada padat tebar berbeda terhadap performa pertumbuhan ikan denisoni. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu padat tebar 3, 5, dan 7 ekor L-1 selama 28 hari pemeliharaan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tingkat konsumsi oksigen (TKO), tingkat kelangsungan hidup (TKH), rasio konversi pakan (RKP), laju pertumbuhan spesifik panjang (LPSP), distribusi frekuensi panjang, kualitas air, serta analisis biaya. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan padat tebar dengan penerapan teknologi fine bubble tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (p>0,05) terhadap TKO, RKP, dan LPSP, tetapi memberikan pengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap TKH. Fine bubble meningkatkan kadar oksigen terlarut dari 6,7 – 7,5 mg L-1, menurunkan kadar amonia pada nilai 0,35 – 2,50 mg L-1 sehingga mampu mempertahankan kinerja pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan denisoni dengan perlakuan terbaik pada padat tebar 5 ekor L-1.       AGHNIA BATRISYIA JAMLA. Effectiveness Fine bubbles at Different Stocking Densities on the Growth Performance of Denison Barb (Sahyadria denisonii). Supervised by WILDAN NURUSSALAM and MOH. BURHANUDDIN MAHMUD. The culture of Denison barb (Sahyadria denisonii) at different stocking densities may affect water quality and fish performance during the rearing period. Fine bubble technology can be applied to help maintain dissolved oxygen availability in the rearing medium. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of fine bubble technology at different stocking densities on the growth performance of Denison barb. The study employed a Completely Randomized Design with three treatments and three replications, consisting of stocking densities of 3, 5, and 7 fish L-1 over a 28-day rearing period. The observed parameters included oxygen consumption rate (OCR), survival rate (SR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), specific growth rate in length (SGRL), length-frequency distribution, water quality, and cost analysis. Statistical analysis showed that different stocking densities with the application of fine bubble technology had no significant effect (p>0.05) on OCR, FCR, and SGRL, but significantly affected SR (p<0.05). Fine bubble technology increased dissolved oxygen levels to 6.7–7.5 mg L-1 and reduced ammonia levels to 0.35–2.50 mg L-1, thereby sustaining growth performance and survival rates with the best results observed at a stocking density of 5 fish L-1.
