| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh bokashi granula yang diperkaya lamtoro, fungi mikoriza arbuskula (FMA), dan kapur terhadap kolonisasi FMA, produksi malai, dan produksi benih sorgum varietas Samurai-1 (Sorghum bicolor L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri atas dua faktor perlakuan dengan terdapat 10 ulangan. Faktor pertama, jenis pupuk yang berbeda, yaitu B = Bokashi; BLKM = Bokashi +Lamtoro + Kapur + FMA; dan BLKMG = Bokashi + Lamtoro + Kapur + FMA (granul). Faktor kedua, dosis pupuk yang berbeda, yaitu 2 ton ha-1; 3 ton ha-1; dan 4 ton ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan B dosis 4 ton ha-1 menghasilkan berat segar dan berat kering malai tertinggi, BLKM dosis 3 ton ha?¹ menghasilkan panjang malai dan berat 1000 benih tertinggi, dan BLKMG dosis 4 ton ha?¹ menghasilkan produksi benih tertinggi, yaitu 1,31 ton ha?¹. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu perlakuan pupuk BLKM dan BLKMG dengan dosis 3 ton ha-1 merupakan kombinasi terbaik dalam produksi benih sorgum. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to evaluate the effects of granulated bokashi enriched with leucaena, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), and lime on AMF colonization, panicle production, and seed production of Samurai-1 sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.). The study employed a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two treatment factors and 10 replications. The first factor was fertilizer type, consisting of B = Bokashi; BLKM = Bokashi + Leucaena + Lime + AMF; and BLKMG = Bokashi + Leucaena + Lime + AMF (granulated). The second factor was fertilizer application rate, consisting of 2, 3, and 4 tons ha?¹. The results showed that B at 4 tons ha?¹ produced the highest fresh and dry panicle weights, while BLKM at 3 tons ha?¹ produced the greatest panicle length and 1000-seed weight. BLKMG at 4 tons ha?¹ resulted in the highest seed production, reaching 1.31 tons ha?¹. The study concluded that BLKM and BLKMG applied at 3 tons ha?¹ were the best fertilizer combinations for sorghum seed production. | |
