Technically Specified Natural Rubber (TSNR) is the dominant form of natural rubber in Indonesia’s exports. This study analyzes Indonesia’s TSNR export performance to the United States, Japan, China, India, and South Korea and its determinants during 2004–2025. Constant Market Share (CMS) analysis and panel data regression were applied. The CMS results show that export growth was mainly driven by the market size effect of US$2.11 billion, while the market composition and competitiveness effects were negative. Japan recorded the best performance, whereas competitiveness was negative in the United States, China, and India. Fixed Effect Model estimation with Panel-Corrected Standard Errors shows that destination-country real GDP, Indonesia’s rubber productivity, and global prices have positive and significant effects. Indonesia’s real GDP, destination-country inflation, and the bilateral real exchange rate are not significant. Strengthening productivity, quality, supply continuity, and competitiveness is essential to improve Indonesia’s TSNR exports.
