      Abstract
      Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan perilaku untuk menjaga kesehatan, mencegah penyakit, dan mendukung pertumbuhan anak. Peningkatan pengetahuan PHBS melalui media edukasi pop-up book. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas media edukasi pop-up book dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan PHBS pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Gedong Dalem 03 Kota Cilegon. Penelitian menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest pada 40 siswa dengan teknik total sampling. Media ini dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE dan divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli Bahasa. Media sangat layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari para ahli dengan skor 93,3-100%. Pengetahuan responden meningkat dari 61,15 sebelum dilakukan edukasi naik menjadi 88,48 Setelah dilakukan edukasi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukan adanya perbedaan signifikan (p<0,001). Media pop-up book efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan responden.
       
      Healthy and Clean Living Practices (PHBS) refer to behaviors that maintain health, prevent disease, and support children’s growth. Improving knowledge of PHBS through pop-up books as an educational medium. This study aims to Analysis the effectiveness of pop-up books as an educational medium in improving PHBS knowledge among fourth-grade students at Gedong Dalem 03 Public Elementary School in Cilegon City. The study employed a one-group pretest-post test preexperimental Design involving 40 students selected through total sampling. The educational medium was developed using the ADDIE model and validated by media experts, subject matter experts, and language experts. The medium was deemed highly suitable for use based on the experts’ evaluations, with scores ranging from 93.3% to 100%. The respondents’ knowledge increased from 61.15 before the educational intervention to 88.48 after the intervention. The results of the Wilcoxon test indicated a significant difference (p < 0.001). The pop-up book medium was effective in improving the respondents’ knowledge.
