| dc.description.abstract | Indigofera (Indigofera zollingeriana) merupakan leguminosa lokal berprotein tinggi (28%–34%) yang berpotensi menggantikan bahan pakan impor pada kelinci, namun evaluasinya dalam pakan komplit masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kecernaan nutrien kelinci New Zealand White yang diberi pakan komplit mengandung Indigofera. Dua belas ekor kelinci (6 jantan, 6 betina) digunakan dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan dua perlakuan: P0 (pakan komersial) dan P1 (pakan komplit mengandung 20% tepung daun Indigofera). Hasil menunjukkan kecernaan bahan kering, bahan organik, dan lemak kasar P1 nyata lebih rendah dibanding P0, sedangkan kecernaan serat kasar P1 nyata lebih tinggi. Kecernaan protein kasar, BETN, dan TDN tidak berbeda nyata antar perlakuan. Pakan komplit mengandung Indigofera 20% mampu mempertahankan kecernaan protein kasar dan BETN serta meningkatkan kecernaan serat kasar dibanding pakan komersial. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Indigofera (Indigofera zollingeriana) is a high-protein local legume (28%–34% crude protein) with potential to replace imported feed ingredients in rabbits, though its evaluation in complete feed remains limited. This study evaluated nutrient digestibility in New Zealand White rabbits fed complete feed containing Indigofera. Twelve rabbits (6 males, 6 females) were assigned to a Randomized Block Design with two treatments: P0 (commercial feed) and P1 (complete feed with 20% Indigofera leaf meal). Dry matter, organic matter, and crude fat digestibility were significantly lower in P1 than P0, while crude fiber digestibility was significantly higher. Crude protein, NFE digestibility, Total digestible nutrient did not differ significantly. Complete feed containing 20% Indigofera maintained crude protein and NFE digestibility while improving crude fiber digestibility compared to commercial feed. | |
