The Bogor City Wastewater Management Unit (UPTD Pengelolaan Air Limbah/PAL) plays a role in wastewater management, including fecal sludge treatment. However, fecal sludge management remains a challenge because the treated sludge is currently only stockpiled within the facility area. This study aims to (1) identify the fecal sludge management process and sludge generation; (2) analyze the estimated feasibility of fecal sludge treatment; and (3) determine the most appropriate fecal sludge management strategy. The methods employed include qualitative and quantitative descriptive analyses, cost–benefit analysis, and the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The results show that fecal sludge treatment is carried out in stages, from sludge collection to final treatment, producing approximately 1,637 tons of dried sludge annually. The feasibility assessment indicates that the proposed treatment is feasible from both non-financial and financial perspectives across all scenarios. Based on the PROMETHEE analysis, the optimal strategy for fecal sludge management is its utilization as briquettes, as this alternative achieved the highest ranking.
