dc.description.abstractLeafy vegetable productivity at Pasirmukti Agro-Tourism Farm consistently declined from 2.50 kg/m² in June 2025 to 2.17 kg/m² in August 2025, indicating systemic problems in cultivation management. This study aimed to analyze cultivation conditions and production risks, and to design a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)-based cultivation system to improve productivity and business feasibility. Methods included a mixed-methods approach, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Paired Sample T-Test, and business feasibility analysis through profit-loss calculation and R/C Ratio. FMEA identified 22 failure modes across seven cultivation stages, all classified as high-risk (RPN > 200), with the highest risks attributed to undetected armyworm infestation (RPN = 504) and inaccurate fertilizer dosage (RPN = 448). SOP implementation significantly increased productivity (p = 0.027) with a 44,4% production increase. Financially, the proposed system yielded a net profit of IDR 1.213.900 per period with an R/C Ratio of 1,31 confirming economic feasibility.
dc.description.abstractProduktivitas budidaya sayuran daun di Kebun Wisata Pasirmukti menurun secara konsisten dari 2,50 kg/m² pada Juni 2025 menjadi 2,17 kg/m² pada Agustus 2025, yang mengindikasikan adanya permasalahan sistemik dalam pengelolaan budidaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi dan risiko produksi budidaya sayuran daun serta merancang sistem budidaya berbasis Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) sebagai upaya peningkatan produktivitas dan kelayakan usaha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan mixed methods, analisis risiko Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), uji Paired Sample T- Test, dan analisis kelayakan usaha melalui perhitungan laba rugi serta R/C Ratio. Hasil FMEA mengidentifikasi 22 failure mode pada tujuh tahapan budidaya, seluruhnya masuk kategori risiko tinggi (RPN > 200), dengan risiko tertinggi pada serangan hama ulat grayak yang tidak terdeteksi dini (RPN = 504) dan ketidaktepatan dosis pemupukan (RPN = 448). Penerapan SOP budidaya terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas secara signifikan (p = 0,027) dengan peningkatan produksi sebesar 44,4%. Secara finansial, sistem usulan menghasilkan laba bersih Rp1.213.900 per periode dengan R/C Ratio 1,31 dan dapat dinyatakan layak secara ekonomis.
