A 2025 survey conducted by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) revealed that indices for Sharia financial literacy and inclusion trailed those of the conventional sector. Millennials constituted a significant portion of the urban population and the workforce during the period studied. The Jabodetabek region exhibited the highest indices for Sharia financial literacy and inclusion among the areas surveyed. This study aimed to analyze levels of Sharia financial literacy and inclusion, as well as the impact of these factors, along with financial behavior, on gold investment decisions among Millennials in Jabodetabek. Data were collected via questionnaires from 158 respondents using proportionate stratified random sampling, and were subsequently analyzed using Structural Equation ModelingPartial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results identified two Sharia literacy groups "well literate" and "sufficiently literate", while the level of Sharia financial inclusion was classified as low. Sharia financial literacy and financial behavior were found to have a positive and significant influence on gold investment decisions among Jabodetabek Millennials, whereas Sharia financial inclusion did not have a significant effect.
