      Abstract

The fluctuation in the firm value of islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, amid the varying implementation of green financing, highlighted the need to examine the factors affecting firm value. This study aimed to analyze the effects of green financing, Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on firm value, measured using Tobin's Q. This study employed panel data from four Islamic Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2025 period and analyzed the data using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results indicated that, simultaneously, all variables had a significant effect on firm value, with an R² of 73.07%. Partially, only ROA had a positive and significant effect on firm value, while green financing, FDR, and CAR had no significant effect. These findings suggested that profitability remained the primary factor influencing investors' assessment of islamic commercial banks.
