dc.description.abstractBehavioral intention merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan keberlanjutan penggunaan Islamic mobile banking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan hedonic motivation berdasarkan konstruk UTAUT2 terhadap behavioral intention penggunaan Islamic mobile banking pada Generasi Z Muslim di Jabodetabek. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 230 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan hedonic motivation tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Performance expectancy menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi behavioral intention. Niat penggunaan Islamic mobile banking pada Generasi Z lebih dipengaruhi oleh manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengaruh sosial.
dc.description.abstractBehavioral intention is an important factor that determines the sustainability of Islamic mobile banking usage. This study aimed to analyze the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and hedonic motivation based on the UTAUT2 model on behavioral intention to use Islamic mobile banking among Generation Z Muslims in Greater Jakarta. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 230 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, while hedonic motivation had no significant effect. Performance expectancy was the most dominant factor in influencing behavioral intention. The intention to use Islamic mobile banking among Generation Z was more influenced by benefits, ease of use, and social influence.
