dc.description.abstractPelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Palabuhanratu menghasilkan timbulan sampah tinggi akibat intensitas aktivitas operasional, namun pengelolaannya masih terbatas pada pengumpulan dan pengangkutan ke TPA tanpa pemilahan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian pengelolaan sampah berdasarkan pedoman Ecoport KP-DJPL 689 Tahun 2022, mengestimasi timbulan sampah organik dan anorganik, serta mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi sirkular. Metode yang digunakan meliputi gap analysis, analisis deskriptif kuantitatif estimasi sampah, nilai ekonomi sampah serta analisis nilai tambah dengan Metode Hayami. Hasil menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 88,33% dengan kesenjangan 11,67%. Dari 20 parameter, 13 berkategori No Gap dan 7 berkategori Minor Gap pada aspek penegakan aturan, fasilitas PRF, sistem pemilahan, volume harian, sistem paperless, penggunaan tumbler, dan evaluasi program pengurangan sampah. Total timbulan sampah Januari–November 2025 mencapai 33.492 kg, didominasi sampah anorganik (55%), dengan sampah darat lebih besar dibanding sampah kapal. Sampah anorganik menghasilkan nilai ekonomi Rp2.168.160/tahun melalui Bank Sampah Cipta Madani, dengan nilai tambah pengolahan botol plastik sebesar Rp1.867,72/kg (rasio 46,69%). Sampah organik di PPN Palabuhanratu belum dimanfaatkan; jika diolah, berpotensi menghasilkan maggot BSF, tepung ikan, dan pupuk organik. Pengembangan sistem pemilahan dan kemitraan pengelolaan sampah diperlukan untuk mendukung ekonomi sirkular di PPN Palabuhanratu.
dc.description.abstractPalabuhanratu Nusantara Fishing Port (PPN Palabuhanratu) generates substantial waste due to high operational activity, yet management remains limited to collection and transportation to landfills without adequate sorting. This study aimed to evaluate waste management compliance based on Ecoport guidelines KP-DJPL 689/2022, estimate organic and inorganic waste generation, and identify circular economy potential. Methods included Gap Analysis, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis of Waste Generation and Economic Value, and Value-Added Analysis using the Hayami Method. Results indicated an 88.33% compliance rate with an 11.67% gap. Of 20 parameters, 13 were categorized as No Gap and 7 as Minor Gap, covering regulation enforcement, PRF facilities, sorting systems, daily volume, paperless systems, tumbler use, and waste reduction evaluation. Total waste from January–November 2025 reached 33,492 kg, dominated by inorganic waste (55%), with land-based waste exceeding vessel waste. Inorganic waste generated IDR 2,168,160/year through Bank Sampah Cipta Madani, with plastic bottle processing adding IDR 1,867.72/kg in value (ratio 46.69%). Organic waste remains unutilized; if processed, it holds potential as BSF maggot, fish meal, and organic fertilizer. Enhanced sorting systems and waste management partnerships are recommended to advance circular economy at PPN Palabuhanratu.
