Access to financing remains a challenge for cocoa farmers in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) model implemented, and analyze the factors influencing savings intensity and savings allocation for cocoa farming in the GrowHer: Kakao program in South Sulawesi. The study was conducted at the group level using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression (OLS), and Tobit regression with secondary data from Save the Children as the program implementer. The results show that VSLA savings intensity is positively and significantly influenced by the number of group members, the proportion of registered farmers, the proportion of female members, and the savings value per lot. Meanwhile, savings allocation for cocoa farming is positively and significantly influenced by the proportion of cocoa farm ownership, and negatively and significantly by the average number of dependents and the savings value per lot.
