This study aims to analyze the effects of micro-calcium, nano-calcium, and vitamin D3 supplementation on the performance and physiological responses of boerja goats during pregnancy. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three treatments: P0 = 1% microcalcium, P1 = P0 + 0.05% vitamin D3, and P2 = 1% nanocalcium, and three groups based on dam body weight, with time repetitions (repeated measurements). Physiological response data were analyzed using a mixed model, while feed consumption, Daily Body Weight Gain (DWG), and Body Condition Score (BCS) were analyzed using univariate analysis. If significantly different, Duncan's further test was used. The results showed that the treatment factor did not affect physiological responses, feed intake, and BCS overall, but had a highly significant effect on DWG in the second trimester (P < 0.01). Pure physiological responses were influenced by the stage of pregnancy (first, second, and third trimesters) and the time of observation (morning, afternoon, and evening) (P < 0.01). The conclusion of this study is that supplementation with micro-calcium, nano-calcium, and vitamin D3 helps maintain the stability of physiological responses (respiratory rate, heart rate, and rectal temperature) throughout pregnancy. The treatment with micro-calcium and vitamin D3 (P1) was the most optimal treatment because it maintained the stability of DWG performance at the end of gestation while also resulting in an ideal BCS score approaching parturition.
