dc.description.abstractEkspor Technically Specified Natural Rubber (TSNR) Indonesia menunjukkan kecenderungan menurun selama periode 2021–2024 meskipun Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen dan eksportir utama karet alam dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan volume ekspor TSNR Indonesia sebelum, saat, dan setelah implementasi Agreed Export Tonnage Scheme (AETS), serta menganalisis pengaruh AETS terhadap volume ekspor TSNR Indonesia dengan mengendalikan faktor pasar internasional dan kapasitas pasokan domestik. Penelitian menggunakan data panel sepuluh negara pengimpor utama TSNR periode 2000–2024 yang dianalisis melalui analisis deskriptif dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan volume ekspor selama implementasi AETS tidak membentuk pola yang konsisten. GDP negara tujuan dan harga ekspor (unit value) merupakan faktor yang paling konsisten memengaruhi volume ekspor TSNR Indonesia, sedangkan produksi karet alam dan implementasi AETS tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan ekspor perlu diarahkan melalui perluasan akses pasar, diversifikasi negara tujuan ekspor, serta penguatan daya saing ekspor Indonesia di pasar internasional.
dc.description.abstractIndonesia's Technically Specified Natural Rubber (TSNR) exports showed a declining trend during 2021–2024 despite Indonesia being one of the world's leading natural rubber producers and exporters. This study aims to analyze the development of Indonesia's TSNR export volume before, during, and after the implementation of the Agreed Export Tonnage Scheme (AETS) and to examine the impact of AETS while controlling for international market and domestic supply factors. The study employs panel data covering the ten largest TSNR importing countries during 2000–2024 and applies descriptive analysis and panel data regression. The results show that TSNR export volume did not exhibit a consistent pattern across AETS implementation periods. Destination-country GDP and export price (unit value) are the most consistent determinants of Indonesia's TSNR export volume, whereas natural rubber production and AETS implementation have no significant effect. Therefore, export policies should prioritize market expansion, diversification of export destinations, and strengthening Indonesia's export competitiveness in international markets.
