Greenhouse melon cultivation requires measurable water and nutrient management to support plant condition, yield performance, and farm business feasibility. This study aimed to analyze the fertigation system, the relationship between incoming water volume and the percentage of non-drained water with daily changes in survival rate, and the technical and financial performance of melon cultivation at Rayfarm. The study was conducted in one greenhouse planted with 490 Sweet Hami melon plants during a 70-day cycle. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and farm business analysis. The results showed that incoming water volume had no significant partial relationship, while the percentage of non-drained water had a significant relationship with daily changes in survival rate. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant relationship, with an Adjusted R Square of 0.114. After the study, productivity increased from 0.80 to 1.37 kg/initial plant, survival rate from 38.38% to 57.96%, profit from IDR 4,388,250 to IDR 11,811,750, and the R/C ratio from 1.18 to 1.59. This study produced a Greenhouse Melon Cultivation SOP and evaluation check sheets.
