The government promotes digital transformation in public services through the use of village websites as service platforms for the community. Cibunar Village is one of the villages that has implemented a website to facilitate access to information and services. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Cibunar Village website as a public service medium using the Technology Acceptance Model. This research employs a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data, involving 43 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with informants consisting of village officials and the website administrator. The variables analyzed include individual characteristics, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, and actual usage behavior. The results show that TAM variables exhibit varying relationships across their indicators. Based on the percentage results for each variable, the village website demonstrates high levels in perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, user attitude, and behavioral intention. This indicates that the website has been well accepted and is considered beneficial by most users. However, the actual usage variable shows a lower percentage, indicating that the level of real usage is still not optimal.
