Horticultural waste generated by Okiagaru Indonesia Agricoop has not been optimally managed, leaving its potential as a value-added organic fertilizer unrealized. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of Solid Organic Fertilizer (SOF) and Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) on pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) growth, develop a Business Model Canvas (BMC)-based business model, and assess the financial feasibility of the business. A non-factorial Randomized Complete Block Design with ANOVA and 5% DMRT, BMC analysis, and financial indicators were employed. SOF proved most effective with the highest plant weight of 90,50 g, while LOF showed a faster response during early vegetative growth. The BMC model illustrated nine interrelated business elements supporting long-term sustainability. Financially, the business is feasible with NPV of IDR 41.527.072, IRR of 17,16%, Net B/C of 1,64, Gross B/C of 1,08, and Payback Period of 6,68 years. Switching value analysis revealed a maximum production decline tolerance of 6,59% and molasses price increase of 68,77%, confirming that production volume stability is a critical factor for business continuity
