This study aimed to analyze the effects of cinnamaldehyde supplementation at different doses on the growth performance of freshwater pomfret (Colossoma macropomum). The study was conducted for 60 days using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replicates, namely cinnamaldehyde at 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 g/kg of feed. Fish with an average weight of 13.26–13.28 g were kept in a 121.5 L aquarium at a density of 15 fish per aquarium and fed to satiation three times a day. The results showed that cinnamaldehyde supplementation in the feed had a significant effect (p<0.05) on final weight, specific growth rate (SGR), relative growth rate (RG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), and protein efficiency ratio (PER), but had no significant effect on survival rate. Feed supplementation with cinnamaldehyde at doses of 0.5-1.0 g/kg resulted in the best growth performance, including final biomass, SGR, PER, and RG. The lowest FCR was achieved with 1.0 g of cinnamaldehyde. Based on orthogonal polynomial analysis, the recommended optimum dose of cinnamaldehyde is 0.7 g/kg of feed.
