| dc.description.abstract | Koperasi Syariah Benteng Mikro Indonesia (Kopsyah BMI) mengalami penurunan penghimpunan wakaf sebesar 56,4% dalam tiga tahun terakhir meskipun telah meraih prestasi nasional dan internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor SWOT yang memengaruhi tata kelola nazhir wakaf produktif di Kopsyah BMI, serta menentukan prioritas strategi penguatannya menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dengan lima responden ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kekuatan utama berupa besarnya jaringan cabang, kelemahan utama pada sistem digital yang belum optimal, peluang terbesar pada digitalisasi, serta ancaman utama berupa rendahnya literasi anggota terhadap wakaf produktif. Berdasarkan nilai kesepakatan responden sebesar 0,81, diperoleh enam strategi penguatan dengan urutan prioritas dari tertinggi hingga terendah. Temuan ini merekomendasikan agar Kopsyah BMI memprioritaskan peningkatan literasi dan partisipasi wakaf berbasis transparansi sebagai strategi utama dalam memperkuat tata kelola nazhir wakaf produktif secara berkelanjutan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Benteng Mikro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative (Kopsyah BMI) has experienced a 56.4% decline in waqf collections over the past three years despite having achieved national and international recognition. This study aimed to identify the SWOT factors influencing the governance of productive waqf trustees at Kopsyah BMI and to determine priority strategies for strengthening it used the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method with five expert respondents. The results indicate that the main strength lies in the extensive branch network, the main weakness in the suboptimal digital system, the greatest opportunity in digitalization, and the main threat in members' low literacy regarding productive waqf. Based on an inter-rater agreement value of 0.81, six governance strengthening strategies were identified and prioritized from highest to lowest. These findings recommend that Kopsyah BMI prioritize improving waqf literacy and participation based on transparency as the primary strategy for strengthening productive waqf nazhir governance in a sustainable manner. | |
