PT Trisna Naga Asih faces a post-harvest problem related to dragon fruits that do not meet market grading standards, resulting in lower economic value. This study aimed to analyze consumer preferences, value added, and business feasibility of dragon fruit syrup processing as a product diversification strategy. The most preferred product combination consisted of a price range of IDR 20.000–30.000, 600 ml glass bottle packaging, low sugar content (50%), and online purchasing. Processing non-grade dragon fruit into syrup generated a value added of IDR 25.245/kg of raw material, with a value-added ratio of 49.14%. Financially, the business was considered feasible, generating a net profit of IDR 169.181.745 per year, a break-even point of 255 bottles, and an R/C ratio of 1.23.
