dc.description.abstractSINTHIA PUSPA ANGGRAENI. Pengaruh Strategi Komunikasi Pengurus Masjid terhadap Tingkat Partisipasi Jamaah dalam Program Sosial-Keagamaan (Kasus: Kajian Senin-Kamis Masjid Al-Hurriyyah IPB). Dibimbing HAMZAH Masjid tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pembinaan umat melalui program sosial-keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi komunikasi pengurus masjid, tingkat partisipasi jamaah, serta pengaruh strategi komunikasi terhadap tingkat partisipasi jamaah pada Kajian Senin-Kamis Masjid Al-Hurriyyah IPB. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 74 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pengurus berada pada kategori tinggi, terutama pada aspek penetapan komunikator. Tingkat partisipasi jamaah berada pada kategori sedang dengan partisipasi tertinggi pada tahap menikmati hasil dan terendah pada tahap evaluasi. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi jamaah.

The Influence of Mosque Management Communication Strategies on the Level of Jamaah Participation in Social-Religious Programs (Case: Kajian Senin-Kamis Al-Hurriyyah IPB Mosque). Supervised by HAMZAH A mosque functions not only as a place of worship, but also as a center for community development through social-religious programs. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy implemented by the mosque management, the level of jamaah participation, and the influence of communication strategy on jamaah participation in the Kajian Senin-Kamis Al-Hurriyyah IPB Mosque. This study employed a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data with a total of 74 respondents. The results showed that the communication strategy implemented by the mosque management was categorized as high, particularly in the communicator determination aspect. The level of jamaah participation was categorized as moderate, with the highest participation occurring at the stage of enjoying the program benefits and the lowest at the evaluation stage. The results of the simple linear regression test indicated that the communication strategy did not have a significant effect on the level of jamaah participation.
