| dc.description.abstract | Masa remaja merupakan fase peralihan menuju dewasa yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan fisik yang cepat sehingga memerlukan asupan gizi yang optimal. Ketidakseimbangan asupan gizi pada remaja dapat menyebabkan permasalahan gizi, seperti kekurangan energi protein, anemia, gizi lebih atau obesitas. Upaya pencegahan dan penanganan gizi pada sekolah dilaksanakan melalui Program
Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG). Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan program MBG melalui edukasi e-book “Unlocked MBG” menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental one-group pre-test dan post-test pada 75 siswa SMP Negeri 3 Bogor. Materi mencakup, profil MBG, angka kecukupan gizi, gizi seimbang, serta pengelompokan bahan makanan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan signifikan Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) <0,001, dengan efektifitas media sedang (N-Gain score 0,68) dan cukup efektif (N-Gain persen 68,85%). | |
| dc.description.abstract | Adolescence is a transitional phase towards adulthood characterized by rapid physical growth that requires optimal nutritional intake. Imbalanced nutritional intake in adolescents can cause nutritional problems, such as protein energy deficiency, anemia, overnutrition or obesity. Efforts to prevent and address nutrition in schools are implemented through the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG). This
study aims to increase knowledge of the MBG program through e-book education ”Unlocked MBG” using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design on 75 students of SMP Negeri 3 Bogor. The material includes, MBG profile, nutritional adequacy figures, balanced nutrition, and food grouping. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) <0.001, with moderate media effectiveness (N-Gain score 0.68) and quite effective (N-Gain percent 68.85%). | |
