| dc.description.abstract | NOPI ISNAINI. Pengaruh Penerapan Zona KHAS terhadap Persepsi Inovasi dan Kinerja UMKM Halal di Pulau Jawa. Dibimbing oleh LAILY DWI ARSYIANTI. Zona KHAS merupakan program pengembangan kawasan halal yang bertujuan menciptakan ekosistem kuliner halal terstandarisasi dan mendukung percepatan sertifikasi halal UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan zona KHAS terhadap persepsi inovasi dan kinerja UMKM halal di Pulau Jawa menggunakan pendekatan innovation diffusion theory. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS. Data diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling, yaitu UMKM zona KHAS di Pulau Jawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan zona KHAS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi inovasi dan kinerja UMKM. Persepsi inovasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kinerja serta berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara penerapan zona KHAS dan persepsi kinerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa zona KHAS mampu mendorong inovasi dan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM halal. | |
| dc.description.abstract | NOPI ISNAINI. The Influence of the Implementation of Zones KHAS on Innovation Perception and the Performance of Halal MSMEs in Java. Supervised by LAILY DWI ARSYIANTI. Zona KHAS is a halal zone development program aimed at creating a standardized halal culinary ecosystem and supporting the acceleration of halal certification for MSMEs. This study aimed to analyze the effect of implementing the Halal, Safe, and Healthy Culinary Zone (KHAS) on innovation perception and the performance of halal MSMEs in Java, using the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) framework. The research employed a quantitative method with SEM-PLS analysis. Data were collected through purposive sampling techniques, specifically from MSMEs located in zona KHAS areas across Java Island. The results indicate that the implementation of zona KHAS has a positive and significant effect on innovation perception and MSME performance. Innovation perception also has a positive effect on performance perception and acts as a mediating variable between the implementation of zona KHAS and performance perception. These findings demonstrate that zona KHAS is capable of encouraging innovation and improving the performance of halal MSMEs. | |
